Jessica Toledano

HELLO. My name is Jessica Toledano. I became a Personal Family Lawyer because I wanted to help people like yourself navigate the sometimes difficult reality of what will happen when we are no longer able to take care of ourselves and how to take care of and comfort our loved ones once we are gone.

I believe most people don’t want to become a burden when they can no longer take care of themselves, even if temporarily. I also believe most people don’t want to intentionally leave a legal and financial mess for their loved ones when they are no longer here. Unfortunately, that’s what often happens when we don’t take the time to plan ahead for when that time will come.

Everyone needs and deserves a plan that will work for them and their loved ones when they need it to most. But especially if you own a home or a business, have money saved in bank, brokerage account, or retirement plan, if you have children, recently divorced or part of a blended family, or have charitable causes and organizations you feel strongly about supporting.

I graduated from St. Louis University School of Law located here in St. Louis, Missouri, and built my practice around the desire to educate, inform, and empower my clients to be able to openly discuss what is important to them in order to design their customized legal roadmap (“estate plan”) that stays current throughout their lifetime and beyond.

In addition to studying law and opening my own estate planning boutique law firm, I’m also an active member of several community service organizations, and a proud mom to my three awesome kids, Sophie, Lili, and Jeremy.
