Hi, I’m Jilian Morton.

I’m a Personal Family Lawyer® who helps modern families—especially blended families—plan for the future with clarity, care, and confidence.

My practice focuses on Family Protection, Wealth Preservation, and Value-Based Planning, with a special emphasis on the unique dynamics of blended families. In addition to estate planning, I assist clients with probate, real estate, and business law—handling both transactions and litigation when needed. My legal background includes working at Massport on labor negotiations, and several boutique firms in personal injury, employment law, and real estate.

I earned my J.D. from Suffolk University Law School, my undergraduate degrees from Colby College, and I’m a Tabor Academy alum. More than anything, I’m proud to be a fifth-generation Wareham local, following in the footsteps of my grandfather, who owned Del’s Taxi. Today, I give back through pro bono work at the Council on Aging and serve clients from my office on Main Street.
