About Yodel Deloso Penacho

My mission has always been to apply my personal principles to my law practice – providing individualized personal attention to every client, dedication to the client’s cause, and compassionate representation. Passion for the law and helping people, and my range of experience position me to be the problem-solving and supportive counselor that you need during the legal journey.

I started my legal career here at a boutique immigration firm in Del Mar, CA. I worked with one of the country’s renowned immigration lawyers and scholars. There, I was very unhappy. There was lack of meaningful relationships between lawyers and their clients. There was an overall systemic value of poor communication, hidden and unpredictable fees, and a lack of client support.

This inspired me to begin my own legal practice, focused on creating an experience for clients that flew above traditional. My law office would be a place where individuals and families feel secure, hopeful, and supported.

My passion for the law and helping people and my range of experience position me to be the problem-solver, counselor and support that my clients need during their legal journey. I have had great and meaningful successes representing and counseling hundreds of clients over the years, in matters mainly focused on estate planning, and business. I help families and individuals protect their family, assets, and businesses.

I am also proud mother to two young beautiful children. And I am also an immigrant. I love the outdoors, arts and table tennis.
