About Wendell Peggott

Wendell joined the Army, after graduating from North Carolina Central University School of Law, where he served as part of the JAG Corps. He held several roles from Legal Assistant Attorney, Administrative Law Attorney, and Trial Counsel. Out of the many positions the one he enjoyed the most was Legal Assistance, where he helped individuals solve their non-criminal civilian matters. After an almost ten-year career in the Army he continued to serve his Country as a Labor and Employment Law attorney with the General Services Administration.

Wendellâs passion for helping people is what drove his desire to become an estate planning attorney. He looks forward to helping people take care of their families when those families will need it most. He enjoys educating clients on estate planning strategies and how those strategies apply to their individual circumstances.
