About Tammy Silvas

I’m Tammy Silvas. I became a Personal Family Lawyer because I’m passionate about helping families protect their loved ones and their assets and leave lasting legacies while living purpose filled lives today.

Additionally, I’m here to help business owners establish strong foundations for their business while purposely preparing for the twists and turns that inevitably come with business ownership.

In my practice, I focus on Family Protection, Wealth & Asset Preservation, and Value-Based Legacy Planning. Whether you are married or single, a traditional family or a blended one, starting out or looking back on a life well-lived, I will help you to craft a plan that achieves your goals for your loved ones today and for years to come.

I graduated from Texas Wesleyan School of Law in 1998. After graduation, I started my own firm focusing in the areas of estate planning, business planning, and real estate, and I am still focusing in those same areas of practice today.

I deeply enjoy educating my community, and I often find me speak to small and large groups on a variety of family wealth planning topics, business strategies, and real estate issues.

I am the proud mother of 5 beautiful children, JJ, Nicholas, Nathan, Dora and Paul. When I’m not participating in their lives and activities, you will find me enjoying yoga, camping and kayaking.
