About Stephen Schoenhoff

Stephen A. Schoenhoff is a Texas attorney and the founder of FairHaven Law PLLC, where he helps families create thoughtful estate plans designed to provide clarity, protection, and peace of mind when it matters most. His practice focuses on Texas wills, trusts, powers of attorney, advance directives, guardianship planning for minor children, trust funding, deed work, and related family-planning matters.

Stephen earned his law degree from Washington and Lee University School of Law. His background in real estate, business, technology, publishing, and litigation shapes his practical approach to estate planning. He does not view planning as a simple document transaction, but as a process of helping families make clear decisions, coordinate their assets, and protect the people they love.

His work is rooted in faith, service, and stewardship. At FairHaven Law, Stephen’s goal is to provide calm, clear, practical guidance for families who want more than a stack of documents. They want a trusted legal relationship and a plan built with care.
