About Spencer Chaffin

Hi! I’m Spencer S. Chaffin. I became a Personal Family Lawyer because I enjoy helping families and individuals protect their wishes while leaving a legacy that continues after their death.

I’m here to help families, individuals, and business owners across the Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico make informed legal decisions for them, their families, and/or their business.

In my practice, we focus on family protection, business protection, and legacy planning

Whether you are married or single, a traditional family or a blended one, starting out or looking back on a life well-lived, a business owner or soon-to-be entrepreneur, I will help you to craft a plan that achieves your goals for you and your loved ones today and for years to come.

I graduated first Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2012 as a member of the legal honors fraternity, Phi Delta Phi. After graduation, I was an associate for a law firm in Oklahoma, where I started representing families and their businesses.

I deeply enjoy educating my community and getting to know people on a personal level. I love volunteering in the community and serving specifically with the Grapevine, Texas Elks Lodge #2483.

And most importantly, I am the lucky spouse of Mackensie and the father of three incredible children: Lawrence, Annabelle, and Susanna.
