About Rolie Ohl

Hello. I am Rolie Ohl. I became a Personal Family Lawyer because I sincerely care about helping families build a legacy for their loved ones.

I’m here to help families across North Carolina navigate the complexities of legal and financial decisions faced when planning and creating your legacy.

I focus on Family Protection, Wealth Preservation, and Value-Based Planning, in my practice. I’m also familiar with wealth planning strategies for service members and veterans.

Whether you are married or single, a traditional family or a blended one, starting out or looking back on a life well-lived, I will help you to design a plan that achieves your goals for your loved ones today and for years to come.

I graduated from Elon University School of Law in 2019. Prior to attending law school, I honorably served in the United States Army as a member of 160th SOAR (Abn). In 2011, I earned my Master in Public Administration with a focus on Non-profit Management and Urban Planning from The University of North Carolina – Wilmington. I founded The Ohl Law Firm, PLLC in 2021 because I wanted to practice law in a new way that is more client centered.

I love educating my community on the importance of creating an estate plan that protects your family from court and conflict. I am a member of the NC 12th District Bar, North Carolina Bar Association Military and Veteran Law section, and the American Bar Association Real Property, Trust and Estate Law section.
