Robert Ridgeway

For nearly two decades, Robert has advised families, business owners, and organizations on complex legal matters, including estate planning, business law, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance. After serving as managing partner of a prior law firm and as general counsel to a large organization, he stepped away from the corporate practice of law. During that time, he realized that too often traditional estate planning ends when the documents are signed, leaving families with plans that become outdated, incomplete, or difficult to carry out when they are needed most. That realization inspired him to build a boutique practice centered on long-term relationships, ongoing guidance, and estate plans designed to work throughout every stage of life.

Robert earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Texas A&M University School of Law and has been recognized three times as a Texas Super Lawyers Rising Star. Before becoming an attorney, he started and later sold a business and applied for a provisional patent, giving him a practical understanding of the opportunities and challenges business owners face. Today, he combines that experience with a personal commitment to serving families with compassion, accessibility, and thoughtful counsel. He and his wife have been married for nearly 30 years and are the proud parents of three children. Those experiences continue to shape the way he serves every client—with the understanding that estate planning is ultimately about protecting the people you love.
