As a certified Personal Family Lawyer®, Reginald Pierre, Esq. takes a counseling-first approach to estate planning and real estate matters, guiding clients through important decisions to create plans that truly work when they are needed most. With a background in engineering and over 15 years of experience as a licensed home inspector in New Jersey, Reginald brings a unique level of technical insight and expertise to real estate closings.

As a Haitian American who spent his early years in Irvington, Reginald witnessed the challenges his loved ones and neighbors faced when dealing with business agreements and complicated legal processes. That inspired him to pursue law, build his practice right here, and invest back in the community that shaped him.

Beyond his legal practice, Reginald actively volunteers throughout New Jersey, supporting organizations like Habitat for Humanity and local soup kitchens. He provides pro bono legal assistance through nonprofit groups. He also works on community-focused projects such as coordinating the development of parks so children have safe spaces to play, managing projects that bring grocery stores to areas with limited access to healthy food, and planting trees to address long-standing inequities surrounding green infrastructure. Through these efforts, he works hand in hand with community members to strengthen neighborhoods and expand opportunities, a reflection of his unwavering dedication to empowering the communities he serves.
