About Pantea Fozouni
I have been a Personal Family Lawyer and Family Business Lawyer for the past five years. Why? Because the way we practice law is fundamentally different from 99% of other attorneys out there today.
We bring back the personal relationships that clients *used* to have with their attorneys– the ones in which people knew they could call their lawyer for help and guidance, rather than staying away or trying the DIY method for fear of exorbitant attorneys fees billed on an hourly basis.
I help clients proactively protect their families and build/strengthen their businesses because at the end of the day, it all comes back to love– we work so hard to take care of the ones we love and without proper planning, we risk putting our families in court and conflict when something happens to us. I don’t want you or your family to ever end up in that situation.
I opened Palm Desert Law Group, APC about six and a half years ago, after spending 4 years at a general, traditional practice up in Big Bear Lake, CA, mostly serving business owners and engaging in too much unnecessary litigation. Prior to that, I worked in the healthcare industry serving physicians in the high desert area. I graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2010 and from New York University in 2007. I am an active member in my business community here in the Coachella Valley, and have memberships in Desert Elite Referral Partners, Women Leaders Forum of the Coachella Valley, Desert Estate Planning Counsel amongst others.
I have a passion for educating my community on both estate planning and business planning and frequently hold both in person and online presentations on both of these subjects. However, we are able to serve clients throughout *all* of California thanks to technology (and Covid for making us prepare a virtual process).
Finally, I am also the proud wife to my husband, Derek, step-mama to my pre-teen Sophia, mama to toddler Arzhang and newborn Kamran, and fur-mama to vizla/lab velcro dog Ruby (who loves to sit in on our client meetings). They are my world and the reason I practice *this* area of the law– I want to make sure my family is protected and I want to help make sure *your* family is protected, too.
