Hi, I’m Pam Starsia. I became a Personal Family Lawyer because I’m passionate about educating and empowering people to create estate, life, and legacy plans that are driven by their unique individual stories and core values. I believe the estate planning process is an opportunity to explore what’s most important to us and the people we love, helping us to live richer, happier lives.

I’m here to help families and business owners in New York and Virginia make the best possible legal and financial decisions for themselves, their loved ones, and their businesses. I focus on Holistic Estate Planning; Wealth Preservation Planning; Strategic Business Advising and Succession Planning; and Kids Protection Planning® for families with minor children.

I was born and raised in the Capital-Saratoga Region of New York. I attended Princeton University for my undergrad degree, then earned my law degree with high honors from Georgetown University Law Center in 2006.

Most importantly, I’m the proud mom of two human children, Dominic and Luigi, and two rescue fur babies: our cat, Luna, and our dog, Buddy. I get to share the work, the joy, and the more-than-occasional tears of parenting with my husband and business partner, Joe.
