About Michael Anastasio
I am Michael Anastasio, the founder of Anastasio Law Group I bring a wealth of experience and expertise to the field of estate planning. My journey began with academic excellence, as I graduated from Columbia University in 1990, after which I obtained my law degree from Fordham University School of Law in 1993.
I was admitted to the bar on my first attempt in both New York and New Jersey and subsequently worked as in-house counsel for a large privately-owned company in the NY/NJ area.
In 1996, I left the law to pursue a career in the financial world. I had a successful tenure on Wall Street as a commodities trader and eventually became an equity owner of the prestigious New York Mercantile Exchange. Through my invaluable experiences in the financial world, I acquired a deep understanding of wealth management and preservation, making me uniquely qualified to provide comprehensive estate planning services. My legal acumen, combined with my financial insight, allows me to develop innovative strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. I am dedicated to providing personalized attention, exceptional client service, and forward-thinking solutions that safeguard clients’ wealth and foster familial harmony.
