About Martin D. Eisenstein

I’m an attorney at law as well as a CPA and business advisor. If you were to summarize my role in a few words, I’d suggest “family business and financial consultant.” While I love being a lawyer and helping my clients navigate today’s extremely complex and dangerous world, I love the personal relationships I’ve developed with them as well. My clients are indeed my friends, and we learn about each other during the process of my service and support.

I’ve always been a factfinder at heart, and I love to accumulate knowledge and understanding. This serves me well in helping my clients solve the problems that are most troublesome and imposing in their lives. Whether it’s the filing or defense of a lawsuit, protection and growth of assets, finding the right professional to help with a business, medical or other problem, I try to help and I try to be a resource.

My background includes acting as a family business manager, accountant, lawyer, and wealth consultant through my forty year career. For the first 20 years of that time, I was the head of business management for the leading talent agency for television journalists, and I continued that focus on my own as a dual professional CPA and attorney at law.
