About Lily Green
My desire to become a lawyer developed in high school when I worked part-time for a local attorney in my hometown. I was inspired by how he served our community, helping people with care and respect when they needed guidance. After law school, I spent several years as a trial attorney in medium-sized law firms, but I soon realized that the work didn’t reflect why I became a lawyer in the first place. I wanted to truly know my clients and make a difference in their lives.
When I became a wife and mother, I stepped away from law to raise my three children and support my husband during an assignment in Germany. As my family grew and life evolved, I felt called to return to the kind of work that spoke to my heart. Estate planning became the perfect way to combine my love of law with my passion for helping families. I joined a community of attorneys dedicated to serving clients with compassion and a heart-centered approach, and I knew I had found my place.
Today, I focus on building lasting relationships with my clients and being the kind of lawyer families can rely on for a lifetime—being their Personal Family Lawyer. I believe estate planning is about more than just documents--it’s about protecting your loved ones and passing on your legacy with care. As a wife, mother of three, a dog mom, AND a lawyer, I understand that planning is one of the greatest gifts you can give to the people you love most.
