About Levi Glick

Levi Y. Glick is an experienced attorney whose legal career has focused on helping individuals, families, and businesses navigate complex legal and financial matters. His background representing both individuals and insurance companies has provided him with a unique perspective on risk, asset protection, and the importance of thoughtful planning.

As the founder of LYG Law PLLC, Levi focuses on estate planning and helping clients develop comprehensive plans designed to protect their assets, provide for their loved ones, and ensure their wishes are carried out. His approach to estate planning is practical and personalized, with an emphasis on understanding each client's individual circumstances, family dynamics, assets, and long-term goals.

Levi's extensive experience in insurance and litigation provides an important perspective when developing an estate plan. Over the course of his career, he has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in insurance disputes, coverage matters, personal injury claims, and other complex legal matters. He has seen firsthand how disputes can arise when assets are not properly protected, beneficiary designations are outdated, or important decisions have not been clearly documented. This experience informs his approach to estate planning and reinforces the importance of preparing for the unexpected.

Before founding LYG Law, Levi practiced at a South Florida law firm focused exclusively on first-party insurance litigation, representing homeowners, commercial property owners, contractors, restoration companies, and remediation companies. He also served as a trial attorney at a large personal injury firm in New York, representing individuals who suffered injuries as a result of the negligence of others.

Levi began his legal career as in-house counsel for a large automobile insurance carrier in New York, where he defended the carrier in no-fault matters and represented the company extensively in arbitrations and court proceedings. He subsequently practiced at a large law firm specializing in insurance coverage, where he advised insurance companies on first-party and third-party coverage issues.

This diverse legal background allows Levi to approach estate planning from more than a document-preparation perspective. He understands how assets, insurance coverage, liability, and legal disputes can intersect, and he works with clients to create plans designed to provide clarity, protection, and peace of mind for themselves and their families.

Levi earned his law degree from Pace University School of Law, where he was active in the Pace I.P., Sports & Entertainment Law Forum and served as Productions and Articles Editor. He authored an article examining the constitutionality of the Professional and Amateur Sports Protection Act (PASPA), the federal law that prohibited sports betting, and predicted its eventual constitutional demise. He also served as Vice President of the Jewish Law Students Association.

Outside of his legal practice, Levi is a member of Hatzalah of South Florida, an emergency medical services organization dedicated to providing emergency medical assistance to individuals in need.
