So many of us have the best intentions, but…Life Happens! Procrastination is the #1 reason why estate plans fail. I help my clients make that important shift from INTENDING to document their wishes to experiencing that SATISFYING SENSE OF ACCOMPLISHMENT that comes from completing a plan that will work when your loved ones need it the most.

After graduating from UC Berkeley and earning my law degree and M.B.A. from Loyola Marymount University, I knew one thing: I didn’t want to be a lawyer! So after passing the bar, I went into the corporate world. Everything changed, though, when my younger sister passed away, leaving behind two young kids. I watched her meet with an attorney in her living room to sign an “eleventh hour” estate plan just days before she died, and it changed the course of my life. It became a mission of mine to help people proactively avoid court and conflict for their families. I consider myself not just an attorney but a counselor, assisting clients in getting clear about their wishes, and guiding them to avoid potential pitfalls. I take a holistic approach to the estate planning process, because I know that proper legal documents are often the bare minimum that most people would want for their loved ones. I genuinely love what I do.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two teenagers exploring our beautiful city and world beyond.
