About Kathleen O'Day
Hi! I opened O'Day Law Firm with a mission to develop and deliver estate plans that will work for you – and most importantly – the people you love. Estate plans should be personalized and comprehensive - protecting families through every stage of their lives, whether it be guardians for minor children, trusts for asset protection, planning for incapacity, or leaving a legacy for generations to come. And I value your time; I provide estate planning in an efficient, stress-free manner. There are no billable hours; everything is a flat fee so there are no surprises, and you will be able to choose a plan that works best for your family and your budget.
Prior to opening O'Day Law Firm, I worked as a SurvivorSupport® counselor for 20 years, providing legal and financial guidance to young families after a premature death. I know that no one intends to leave their family in legal and financial turmoil. But it can easily happen without a plan - I saw this firsthand throughout my career. Now my goal is to help clients avoid court and conflict and plan a legacy.
