At Cottle Keen Lopiccolo & Heyde, we are passionate about helping our clients ensure that their cherished legacy is passed onto their loved ones without conflict. We take pride in our estate planning practice, but we are also experienced trust and family law litigators so we understand how families who love one another fight when emotions are high. Most importantly, we know how to help our clients avoid common pitfalls that undo or complicate their final wishes. I am honored to be working intimately with our clients as a Personal Family Lawyer.

Academic and professional excellence is important to me. I graduated from Whittier College School of Law summa cum laude where I served as Executive Editor of the prestigious Law Review. I was honored recently as an “Outstanding Attorney Under Forty and in 2017 given the “Blue Ribbon Award for the Prevention of Child Abuse”. During the length of my career as an attorney with Cottle Keen Lopiccolo & Heyde, I have successfully handled hundreds of legal matters ranging from estate planning, real property disputes, trust disputes and complex dissolutions.

I am a lifelong Orange County resident and mother of two children. I am committed to my community as an ambassador of the Orange Chamber of Commerce and as an active philanthropist in the area of child safety. I am currently working with experts across the nation to develop a National Water Safety Action Plan and am serving as a Board Member of the California Water Safety Coalition. I love to travel with my family, scuba dive, cook, and go to concerts. I love living in California and serving clients with their families’ legal needs.
