Hi, I'm Jilian Morton.
I'm a Personal Family LawyerÂŽ who helps modern families-especially blended families-plan for the future with clarity, care, and confidence.
My practice focuses on Family Protection, Wealth Preservation, and Value-Based Planning, with a special emphasis on the unique dynamics of blended families. If you're raising "yours, mine, and ours," navigating second marriages, or planning across generations, I'll help you create a plan that reflects the real shape of your life-not just a generic form.
Whether you're just getting started, building a business, or thinking about legacy, I craft estate plans that honor your people, your priorities, and your peace of mind.
In addition to estate planning, I assist clients with probate, real estate, and business law-handling both transactions and litigation when needed. My legal background includes working at Massport on labor negotiations, and several boutique firms in personal injury, employment law, and real estate.
I earned my J.D. from Suffolk University Law School, my undergraduate degrees from Colby College, and I'm a Tabor Academy alum. More than anything, I'm proud to be a fifth-generation Wareham local, following in the footsteps of my grandfather, who owned Del's Taxi. Today, I give back through pro bono work at the Council on Aging and serve clients from my office on Main Street.
