About Jennifer Daly

Hi. I’m Jennifer Daly. I became a Personal Family Lawyer because I have first-hand experience with families devastated by NOT having proper estate plans. I never want to see that happen to anyone.

I’m here to help southern Michigan families, LGBTQ, and seniors, navigate the maze of legal and financial decisions you face.

I focus on Kids Protection Planning, Special Need Planning, and Holistic Elder Care.

Whether you are married or single, a traditional family or a blended one, starting out or looking back on a life well-lived, I will help you to design a plan that achieves your goals for your loved ones today and for years to come.

I graduated from Cooley Law School in 2003. I have spent the past 20 years in private practice as well as helping businesses. I love educating my community on the topics of Estate Planning.

And, most importantly, I have three children ranging in ages from Elementary School all the way to a Post-Graduate Student.
