About Jeannette Marsala
Jeannette R. Marsala (she/hers) is the owner of Marsala Law Firm, an estate planning law firm in San Jose, CA. She graduated from Golden Gate University School of Law in 2007, with a specialization certificate in Litigation with distinction. She also earned her Masters in law in Estate Planning in 2018. She graduated from UC Santa Cruz with a B.A. in Business Management Economics with honors in her major.
Jeannette started her professional career in bankruptcy litigation with a focus on asset protection for both debtors and creditors. After several years, she switched to estate planning to work with clients to proactively protect their assets and preserve their legacy for the next generation. As an estate planning attorney, she gives her clients peace of mind knowing that all the legal documents are prepared correctly to avoid probate and minimize taxes. She loves working with diverse families and takes a holistic approach to ensure all their needs are meet.
