About Emily Ferrell
As a parent, small business owner, and community member, Emily understands the importance of protecting your family and preserving your legacy. As a Personal Family Lawyer®, Emily helps clients ensure their loved ones are safeguarded and their legacies are built on a foundation of love and care.
Emily’s practice specializes in estate planning for families with young children, professionals, and emerging entrepreneurs. She is dedicated to helping clients protect their families, businesses, and assets while maximizing financial advantages.
Emily holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado, Boulder, graduating in the top 15% of her class. During law school, she was an editor of the Natural Resources Law Review, earned an Excellence in Clinical Education Award, and was a Dean’s List recipient. She has clerked for the 20th Judicial District in Boulder, worked as a litigator, and practiced across various legal fields. As a licensed Personal Family Lawyer®, Emily offers the highest level of service to her clients.
Outside of work, Emily enjoys biking, hiking, skiing, and exploring local playgrounds with her husband and toddler in Erie, Colorado.
