About Elham Rabiei
Elham Rabiei is a Nashvillian native. She graduated from Middle Tennessee State University for her undergraduate degree, then continued her education, pursuing her law degree at Charlotte School of Law in North Carolina. After graduating from law school, Elham knew she wanted to stay local and help families within her community and the surrounding areas. Elham is married to her husband and they have two children.
Elham is the founder of Rabiei Law, PLLC, where she helps individuals and families protect the people they love and preserve what they have worked hard to build.
As a Personal Family Lawyer® and Life & Legacy Advisor, Elham takes a relationship-centered approach to estate planning. She believes estate planning should be about more than preparing legal documents—it should be about creating a thoughtful plan that gives families clarity, confidence, and peace of mind.
Elham has been practicing law since 2015 and brings years of experience helping families navigate important legal decisions. Today, her practice focuses on helping parents, professionals, and families create personalized estate plans designed to protect their children, preserve their assets, and ensure their wishes are honored.
