About Eileen Donovan
A talented attorney, Eileen Donovan is dedicated to educating and serving her clients, allowing them to make the best legal and financial decisions for their life and loved ones. She personally guides her clients through the very complicated and often confusing process of estate and medicaid planning which encompasses balancing family protection, preserving wealth, and reflecting cherished family values.
In practice for over twenty years, Eileen believes that the same strategies used by the very wealthy should be available to people in all financial brackets, knowing that everyone needs and deserves the same access to experienced guidance to protect their families and their hard-earned assets. In her practice, Eileen seeks to become an on-going trusted advisor and lifelong resource to all of her clients, assuring that she will be there for your family when most needed.
Eileen earned her law degree from St. John’s University, School of Law where she was a published member of the Journal of Legal Commentary and served as President of the Civil Trial Institute. Currently, she is a member of the Trusts and Estates and Elder Law Sections of the American, New York and Westchester Bar Associations.
Eileen is extremely active in her community having served on the Boards for the Junior League as well as elementary, middle and high school and as chairperson of the wellness, safety, and community service committees in the district. Eileen founded and is President of the Scarsdale Chapter of Lion’s Heart where she connects teens seeking volunteer opportunities to non-profit organizations.
