David Feakes

I'm David Feakes, owner and founder of The Parents Estate Planning Law Firm in Acton, Massachusetts. I believe that smart parents make a plan for their children's future, and I help parents create comprehensive legal plans, so that their children always know they are loved, cared for and protected, no matter what.

Together with my wife, Paula (who serves as the firm's Marketing and Client Services Director), and our dedicated and caring office team, we guide our clients as they preserve and protect their assets, loved ones and legacies, including their stories, guidance and advice - the intangible assets that are often forgotten in typical estate planning.

I received my law degree from Suffolk University in Boston, and a B.B.A. in Management from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Something I enjoy and frequently do, is speak to parenting, community and professional groups on the importance of estate planning and wealth preservation strategies.
In my free time, I enjoy skiing, hiking, traveling, reading, and following the Red Sox.
And, most importantly, I am the proud father of two grown daughters, Hannah and Sadie.
