About David Duncan

David has been practicing law since graduating with Honors from The George Washington University Law School in 2005. His legal background is deep and diverse - ranging from serving in the Executive Office of the President in the White House to running a personal injury firm focused on catastrophic injury cases. David carries law licenses in California, Nevada, and Washington, DC.

The father of two boys finishing high school soon, David recently began looking for a renewed purpose and passion in his career. He is genuinely grateful to have come across the PFL community, and is fully-committed to growing a boutique estate planning and asset protection practice.

David's goal is to serve individuals and families in a way that fosters trust, education, and connection. The firm aims to provide a sense of security and peace for clients who will know that all their affairs are in perfect order for themselves and their loved ones.
