About Charles Hoskyn
My estate planning practice at Phoenix Law is focused on helping my clients show their love for their loved ones by assisting them to properly plan for when they cannot take care of their affairs and their inevitable death.
I have been in private practice helping Arkansas families and children since 1996. During that time, I have litigated a lot of family law and probate cases. I have seen first-hand the horrible effects of no estate planning, out of date estate planning and poor estate planning have on families.
Realizing that procrastination is the root of all evil when it comes to estate planning, my staff and I work tirelessly to keep our clients on task and focused on achieving their goals for their loved ones.

I am a life long resident of Arkansas, born and raised on a rice farm on the Grand Prairie of Arkansas. I graduated Arkansas State University (Go Red Wolves) in 1984, and I graduated the Bowen School of Law in 1996.
My wife and I are blessed with two beautiful daughters and five wonderful grandchildren who keep us on the go. When I am not at the office or with my family, you will more than likely find me fishing out of my kayak at one of Arkansas’ beautiful lakes or rivers.
