About Casey Conklin
Hi. I'm Casey D. Conklin. I became a Personal Family Lawyer because I am passionate about helping families, and businesses protect their wealth and legacy.
In my practice, I focus on Family Protection, Wealth Preservation, and Value-Based Planning. I’m also experienced with wealth planning strategies for unmarried couples and divorced individuals.
Whether you are married or single, a traditional family or a blended one, starting out or looking back on a life well-lived, a business owner, or farmer or rancher, my goal is to help you navigate the confusing maze of financial and legal decisions and create plans that ensure the well-being of your loved ones.
I graduated law school cum laude from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2013 and received several academic awards in the areas of Law, Intellectual Property, and Estate and Business Planning. After graduation, I started on my own as a solo practitioner representing businesses, and families.
I enjoy being active in my community as a member of the Estate and Probate section, and the Intellectual Property section of the state bar,
Finally, and most importantly, I am the proud husband to Amelia, and father to Molly and Gibson.
