About Candice Sears
Hi. I'm Candice Sears. I became a Personal Family Lawyer because I want to help families expertly navigate the maze of legal and financial decisions they face every day. I value lifelong relationships with my clients and hope to serve as a trusted advisor to them and to their families for years to come.
I focus exclusively on Estate Planning, Kids Protection Planning, Wealth Transfer and Asset Protection. My goal is to guide my clients as they preserve and protect their assets, loved ones and legacies- including their intellectual, spiritual and human assets. I aim to use my skills and experience to make the future a little clearer and a little more manageable for people.
I received my law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2013. Following law school, I worked as an assistant state attorney, then transitioned into the private sector to apply my knowledge and skills to a broader spectrum of diverse legal issues, including Estate Planning which quickly became my passion.
Having served 15 years in the Florida Army National Guard, I currently serve as a JAG helping soldiers prepare their families for the future.
I also love educating my community on the topics of estate and legacy planning as well as legal life planning for parents with young children
But most importantly, I am a wife and stepmother. And, because I have planned for and protected my own family, I can offer unique insight and perspective to my clients as they do the same for their families.
