Hi. I’m Brittany Cohen. I became a Personal Family Lawyer because I’m passionate about giving families the peace of mind they deserve knowing their loved ones will be taken care of when they’re not here anymore. I love being able to help families create happy and secure futures while living richer lives today.

I’m here to help families and business owners navigate the maze of legal and financial decisions you face.

I focus on Kids Protection Planning for families with minor children, Business Advising and Succession Planning for Business owners, and Wealth Preservation and Family Protection Strategies. I am also experienced with wealth planning strategies for unmarried couples and divorced individuals.

Whether you are married or single, a traditional family or a blended one, starting out or looking back on a life well-lived, I will help you to design a plan that achieves your goals for your loved ones today and for years to come.

I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. I am a former Division 1 soccer player at the University of Nevada Las Vegas.

I love educating my community on the topics of Wealth Planning Strategies as it relates to their Real Estate, their Financial Planning, and Protecting their Assets for their loved ones to Inherit.

I am a member of the San Diego County Bar Association.
