About Betsy VĂĄzquez
As a lawyer, it is my passion to educate families to help them stay out of court and out of conflict. My law practice is dedicated to helping individuals create comprehensive estate plans to protect their loved ones in the event of their incapacity or death and assist families in resolving their family disputes collaboratively with respect, dignity, and peace. I am a Florida licensed attorney and practice Collaborative Family Law and Estate Planning during and after divorce. I am the Founder and Owner of VĂĄzquez Law and Mediate4Peace and President of Hispano Collaborative Professionals (HCP); the Nation's First Hispanic Collaborative Organization. Furthermore, I am a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator (aka Betsy VĂĄzquez de RincĂłn) since 2010, a Florida Supreme Court Certified County Mediator, Parenting Coordinator, Divorce Advisor and Divorce Coach. My office is located in Doral, Florida.
I have firsthand knowledge of what it is like to go through destructive litigation and its negative impact and pain caused to families. Through my seven-year-long negative divorce experience, my positivity came to be. I became an attorney.
