About Beatrice Phan

Hello. I’m Beatrice Phan. I became a Personal Family Lawyer because I truly care about helping individuals and families take care of the people they love most through meaningful and value-based estate planning.

I serve clients throughout the state of California and my goal is to help them protect their loved ones and assets in a way that is personalized, comprehensive, holistic, and enduring.

My practice focuses on kids protection planning, general estate planning, trust administration, and probate.

I graduated from UC Hastings College of the Law in 2001 and worked for several law firms with an emphasis on helping international clients and businesses. I was born in Vietnam, grew up in France, and have lived in the US for close to 30 years. My unique background makes me fluent in Vietnamese, French, and English.

I love educating my community on the topics of kids protection planning, estate planning in general, and asset protection. I frequently give presentations for private companies, professional groups, mommy and me groups, and families on a variety of estate planning topics.

Outside of work, I enjoy watching my children play music, sing, and play volleyball. I also love going to the movies, hiking, reading, traveling, and spending carefree time with my family.
