Hi. I'm Ariel Overstreet-Adkins. I became a Personal Family Lawyer because after being a litigator involved in contentious contested probate matters, I knew there had to be a better way to keep people's loved ones out of court and out of conflict through better planning.
I'm passionate about helping Montana families, farmers and ranchers, and business owners navigate the maze of legal and financial decisions you face, focusing first on getting your estate plan in place.
Whether you are married or single, a traditional family or a blended one, starting out or looking back on a life well-lived, I will help you to design a plan that achieves your goals for your loved ones today and for years to come.
I graduated from the University of Montana School of Law in 2016. I clerked for U.S. District Court Judge Brian Morris and then started my career at the Moulton Bellingham law firm in Billings. I took the leap into building my own practice, Bluebird Law, in 2020 just before the pandemic began and while I was pregnant with my daughter. It has been an incredible adventure so far!
I enjoy being active in my community as a member of the Board of Governors for Leadership Montana and the Board of Directors for the Montana Cowboy Hall of Fame & Western Heritage Center. I am also a member of the Montana Bar Association's Business, Estates, Trusts, and Real Estate section, the Billings Chamber of Commerce, the Montana Stockgrowers Association, and the Montana Farm Bureau.
Most importantly, I am mom to Elianna and two corgis, Finn and Poe.
