My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Ariane on our living trust. We loved Ariane’s process. She started by giving us a broad overview of what we could expect and made us feel comfortable every step of the way. She was knowledgeable, patient, and very thorough. She also answered each of our questions and explained all of our options in a manner that was very easy to understand.

What I found unique about Ariane is how she spent a significant amount of time getting to know my wife and I before getting started on our trust documents. She, of course, was focused on ensuring we put in place what we wanted, but she also genuinely cared about us and ensuring that our family was taken care of. Additionally, Ariane was so generous with her time and always worked around our schedule to find time to meet with us.

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Ariane for our Living Trust. From the first day I met Ariane, I knew there was something different about her. She was warm, friendly, down to earth, super personable, and professional. I knew she would be our Estate Planning attorney when she shared her process and, most importantly, HOW she shared. I first met Ariane a few months after our sons were born and we became friends. Although I was little scared and uncomfortable for my husband and I to face doing our wills and set up a trust, I was sure that Ariane would do a great job and walk us through this new and kind of difficult process of planning for all kinds of life or death scenarios to help us protect our son and secure our assets. Once we decided to move forward, I was actually excited about the entire process and enjoyed our meetings. Ariane makes the process and this topic so much lighter by simply being who she is — so sweet, friendly. and funny. She is very knowledgeable and explained some of these difficult topics a few times to make sure we completely understood. I want all of my friends to work with her, because she is simply the best I can imagine to get the job done!

Although a bit of an unsettling reality to think about, building our Living Trust was at the forefront of my mind, looming over me day after day once my son was born. I needed not only to secure my assets but now I needed to make sure my child would be protected. And then I met Ariane. What a blessing and very satisfying experience! Last year during peak COVID time, I wanted to get all my affairs in order (living trust, will, child guardianship if I die, etc). I was referred to Ariane by a friend, and the whole experience was so educational and wonderful.

I knew NOTHING about a living trust, and she walked me through all the benefits and paperwork like a pro. She helped me secure all of the documents that I need in case of an untimely death. Because of her expertise, I feel ready for anything.

The most important thing about Ariane is that she is a mom, and she provides “a parent’s perspective” on what is needed to protect our children after our death.
