About Amy June

I focus on Estate Planning: ensuring Texans and Californians have a trusted advisor in achieving their estate planning goals through comprehensive and heart-centered estate planning legal services.

I began my legal career in 2001 at a major international law firm in Los Angeles, after obtaining my CPA license at a major accounting firm, graduating from Duke Law School and interning at the Department of Justice prosecuting tax fraud. While the thrill was sometimes there, mostly the reality of litigation was far from my dream of solving complex financial schemes – and I found that often it was too late to do anything but minimize the damage. And the ugliest fights – by far – were the ones where loved ones were stuck in a lawsuit, fighting over a family member’s failed health, will or trust.

So I started my firm with the mission to use my education, experience and skills – leveraging my background in litigation – to bring an unmatched level of empathy, wisdom, skill and foresight to the estate planning process. I knew this is where I could make the biggest difference. Because I know what happens when estate planning isn’t done properly, or at all.

I am a native of Salinas, California and now proudly call Frisco, Texas home – with my husband, Tom, and my three children. I love spending time with my family, supporting our community, traveling, reading, and watching sports, especially my son’s college baseball team!

I am a member of the State Bars of Texas, California and am licensed to practice law in both Texas and California.
