About Amy Jenkins

Hi! I’m Amy Jenkins. I became a Personal Family Lawyer because I want to help families preserve and protect their assets and their relationships. Planning for the future helps folks live a peaceful life today.

I am here to help Texas and Colorado families understand what estate planning is and why it is most important for yourself and your family. Whether you are married or single, a traditional family or a blended one, starting out or looking back on a life well-lived, I will help you to design a plan that achieves your goals.

I graduated from Texas A&M University School of Law in December, 2001. I am a member of the Texas Bar College, State Bar of Texas, and the Colorado Bar Association. Additionally, I practice in probate and guardianship court.

I love educating my community on the Myths of Estate Planning and Probate, How to Pay for Long Term Care Without Going Broke, and Kids Protection Planning.

And, most importantly, I am the proud mom of Ash, my daughter, whom I love to the moon and back!
