About Alan Apple

Hello. I am Alan Apple. I like to help people and businesses succeed through strategic legal counsel to help them get ready for life's events. I like working with veterans, small businesses, and start-ups to get started right and ensure they avoid stress and legal issues that could be avoided.

My goal is to be the "easy button" for my clients to navigate and grapple with the issues of estate planning, government contracts, and business activities. Whether you are single, married, have an extended family, or have varied assets and businesses, I will help you plan for your goals. Planning and getting ready are critical to success in business and life. I like to say that getting ready is half the battle.

I started my firm after a military career as an Army Judge Advocate and providing legal counsel on government procurements of all sizes. After leaving service, I worked with a D.C. law firm and decided that I wanted something different. I wanted to help the people and businesses that I wanted and I wanted to decide the trajectory of my legal practice. I am beyond proud to help my clients succeed.

I am a Texan, born and bred. I was raised playing football under the Friday night lights. I played college football at Louisiana Tech University and was a member of the Spirit of 88 football team that helped springboard that program to national recognition. I was a commissioned officer in the United States Navy as an Aerospace Physiologist and an attorney for the United States Army JAG Corps. As we all did, I've deployed multiple times and served in Europe and the Continental United States. Leadership through servitude was my leadership philosophy and has permeated my legal practice. I attended the University of Oklahoma School of Law and the Army Judge Advocate Generals Legal Center and School.

My wife and I enjoyed our three daughters graduating high school and college but recently realized that we are empty nesters. It was an adjustment but we were ready. After all, readiness is half the battle.
