Attorney Shihlan Chen graduated from University of Pennsylvania in 2014 and served as an assistant editor of East Asian Law Review, finished several pro bono projects in Immigration. After graduation, Shihlan started to practice law in Financial Banking sector, focusing on consumer protection regulations, fair credit and loan regulations, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and civil litigation. After her son was born in 2017, Shihlan decided to transition into estate planning to help protect family with young kids and secure their assets. Shihlan enjoys educating her community and invite the community to join the family workshops on a variety of topics including family wealth planning session, asset protection of inheritance and correctly naming guardians for minor kids. Shihlan has chosen to concentrate on the Trusts and Estates area because she is passionate about helping families create happy and secure futures. Shihlan can speak English and Mandarin.
