Sarah graduated from Emory University Undergrad and Chicago-Kent College of Law in Chicago. Since then, Sarah has worked hard to change the perception of lawyers and finds it the highest compliment when clients routinely tell her, "...but you don't seem like an attorney". You won't see her in a suit or rolling a case of files anymore but instead can follow her on Instagram using the hashtag #lawyersinyogapants. Who says you can't be professional AND comfortable?? Sarah lives in Eden Prairie, MN with her husband, two kids, and their dog, Kola. Sarah has a passion for the outdoors, animals, and art.
I founded Breiner Law Firm to simplify the legal experience for parents. I provide estate planning and small business legal support making sure that everyone and everything important in your life is protected. Let me help you with the details and you can walk away feeling 100% secure that you have a family first response plan you can count on and then move on to focusing on the more important things in life.
When lawyers do not take the time to listen and consider a family’s personal circumstances, the result is that your Will & Trust Documents do not end up reflecting what your family really wants to happen.
I believe in personalized service for each and every client. My approach is educational and proactive – I will educate you based on the specifics of your family situation, your assets, and your individual needs. I will listen to your wants, desires, and values specific to you and your family and then guide you to tell me what you want most so I can create the plan that aligns with your objectives. I have annual membership programs to ensure your plan continues to work throughout your lifetime, your assets are always owned in the right way, and you are able to feel confident calling me with any legal issue without ever worrying about receiving a bill in the mail for hourly fees. I value our relationship and communication. I am your Personal Family Lawyer® and I will be for life.
My 6-Step Planning Process covers every step of your planning journey and leaves you with a complete estate plan in roughly 6 weeks.
