I structure comprehensive estate plans that address my clients’ interests such as providing financial support for family and loved ones, creating personal legacies, naming loving and appropriate guardians for minors and minimizing administrative costs and time and estate taxes. I engage clients in open and in depth discussions and emphasize the importance of a strong working relationship in order to personalize the design of each estate plan.
To best effectuate these plans I draft Revocable Living Trusts, Pour-Over Wills, Durable Power of Attorneys, Advance Health Care Directives, HIPPA releases and other related forms. I assist in the vital task of funding the trust by drafting Trust Transfer Deeds and instructional letters to banks and brokerage firms.
I have administered probate estates in San Francisco county and have co-counseled in the administration of irrevocable trusts.
In addition to estate planning, I counsel and assist clients on tax planning and controversy matters. I have negotiated with the IRS and FTB to establish Offer in Compromises and Installment Agreements.
I began my practice in estate planning under the guidance of my father, Paul M. Quaranto. Paul is a fellow California attorney with 30 plus years of experience in estate planning, tax law and preparation, and financial planning.
Quaranto Law is founded on principles of integrity, empathy, experience and dedication. Kelsey L. Quaranto is the owner and principal attorney of Quaranto Law, a Bay Area law practice providing services in the area of Estates, Trusts, Probate, Tax and Mediation. Kelsey works with families and individuals to provide thoughtful, efficient and tailored solutions for many of their legal needs.
