About Ashley DeBoard

My estate planning practice focuses on the protection of minor children, wealth preservation, and values-based planning, as well as planning for incapacity. I love supporting my clients with holistic plans to achieve peace of mind today by knowing they have secured their futures for tomorrow. I work with clients to counsel them about the law and empower clients to choose a plan that truly represents their priorities, values, and budget.

I was raised in Flagstaff and I am grateful to live and practice in my hometown community. I attended Northern Arizona University, graduating summa cum laude. I received her law degree from Lewis and Clark Law School, graduating cum laude. I began my law career in private practice as an associate at Aspey, Watkins & Diesel, practicing family law, bankruptcy, and civil litigation. In 2012, I joined the Coconino County Attorney’s Office, serving as a Deputy County Attorney on criminal and civil matters for the County. In 2019, I founded Flagstaff Law Group, a women-owned law practice serving Northern Arizona in matters involving estate and business planning, real estate, and elder law.

I am also a busy mother of two boys. I credit my kids for bringing me a deeper awareness of the needs of families and for inspiring me to design plans that families can count on to work when they are needed most. When I’m not practicing law, I enjoy reading, gardening, and playing outdoors in this beautiful community with my family.
